Many young families and retirees love living here. It is rural America at its best with greenbelts, rolling hills and town only a few minutes away. Driving down the street, you will see children playing, people walking their dogs and folks relaxing on their front porches. Woodcreek North is not incorporated and many of the lots are not yet developed. This is where most of the new homes in the area are being built. There are normally more homes on the market here than any other subdivision in the Wimberley area.
Woodcreek North Update
Many of the private roads in Woodcreek North have been improved and accepted by Hays County for future maintenance. The restrictions are enforced by one of two Property Owner’s Associations. The residents of Woodcreek North take pride in their neighborhood and it is evident by the well maintained homes and yards.
Woodcreek North a Treasure
The entrance to Jacob’s Well, an underwater cave and artesian spring, is located just past the low water crossing on Woodacre Dr. It is headwaters for the beautiful Cypress Creek that flows through the town of Wimberley. Cypress Fairway Village, a community of townhomes, is located on dry Cypress Creek and is walking distance to Jacob’s Well.

The restrictions in Woodcreek North are enforced by one of two POA’s, depending on which Section you own property: Woodcreek POA and Wimberley Springs Community Association.
