Mandy Rubio

We can't say enough good things about Mandy Rubio of Hills of Texas Sky Realty! As first-time home buyers, my husband and I walked into this whole process not really knowing what we were doing, and Mandy made it feel easy from day one. She responded quickly to every single email and phone call, including every little question we had along the way, and never once made us feel like we were asking too much. Her responsiveness meant the world to us, being so new to the process.

What really set Mandy apart was how well she knew us and how well she knew the Hill Country market and area we were looking in. She took us on wonderful house tours and always remembered exactly what we were looking for and what our budget was. She helped us narrow into the right housing options and ask the right questions of builders and sellers, including the questions we didn't even know we needed to ask. She was also diligent to keep her eye on the homes we loved. When the home we had our hearts set on finally hit the market, she reached out to us immediately so we didn't miss our shot and helped us navigate every step of the process to ensure we got a good price and fair inspection.

Mandy is the reason we were lucky enough to find and afford our dream home at an amazing price. She was diligent, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in helping us land the right place. If you're looking for a realtor who truly listens and goes above and beyond, we couldn't recommend Mandy more highly. Thank you for everything, Mandy!

Mandy applied great attention to detail as an agent under me, in Houston TX. She made for a seamless signing process, as her broker, in securing her home in Driftwood. Looking forward to seeing her shine in helping others find their home, with Hills of Texas Sky Realty.
