Sometime this early summer, the plan was to sell a tiny home in Driftwood. The owner had been delayed in making the proper repairs, worst yet there had been a previous realtor that had turned the business of selling his home more into a Halloween nightmare. Barbara Latimer picked up the referral and turned the Nightmare on Elm Street, (this is my opinion) into a picnic! I have already referred Barbara Latimer to some friends in Alabama selling their home in the Wimberley area and would look forward to referring more home buyers or sellers to her. She took work and turned it into an enjoyable space in time.

We began thinking about selling our property several years ago.
